Pay Chart – Pay Scale 2015 is declared by Bangladesh Government. Low level Staff to upper level officer’s pay is made by pay scale 2015. Pay Scale Chart is made by basic of the employee, 5% increase is in the step of a scale which is followed by each year.

Pay Scale chart 2015 is pay chart of government employee. Pay chart is decorated by 4-5% increment basis. Government employee of Bangladesh gets 5% every year end, that mean fiscal year start here July to June. 1st July annual increment is enrolled automatically by ibas++ authority except Temporary Suspend employee.

Pay Scale 2015 – Grade 20 is for lowest level staff’s basic which is 8250 on the other hand officer’s grade 78000 in highest. If we noticed that there is 10 multiple change of lowest catagories salary basic of 8250. Now it is impossible to live to mouth for the lower level staff 11-20. Basic of Lower level should be increase according to international standard. Lowest to highest should be 5 time of lowest basic.
