Integrated Budget and Accounting System is call ibas in short. ibas is invented for budgetary system and is launched in 2017-2018 financial year. Till 2018 it is call ibas only. after that in 2018-2019 financial year it is newly launch named ibas++ . it is also new version of ibas++. অনলাইনে বেতন সাবমিট
ibas++ আইবাস++ এর মাধ্যমে শুরুর দিকে সরকারি গেজেটেড কর্মকর্তাদের বেতন বিল সাবমিট করা হত। বর্তমানে গেজেটেড এবং নন গেজেটেড কর্মকর্তা এবং কর্মচারীদের মাসিক বেতন বিল আইবাস++ এর মাধ্যমে দাখিল করা হয় খুব সহজেই আমরা আইবাস++ এর মাধ্যমে বেতন বিল দাখিল করতে পারি। অতীতে ম্যানুয়ারি প্রতিমাসে বেতন বিল তৈরি করে হিসাবরক্ষণ অফিসে দাখিল করতে হত। এখন অনলাইন সুবিধার আওতায় আর ম্যানুয়ালি বেতন বিল দাখিল করতে হয় না। অনলাইনে বেতন বিল ibas++ এর মাধ্যমে দাখিল করে হার্ড কপি একাউন্টস অফিসে পাঠিয়ে দিলেই মাসিক বেতন বিল হয়ে যায়। যদি বর্তমানে আইবাস++ এর মাধ্যমে বেতন বিল দাখিল করার সুবিধার্থে খুব দ্রুত সময়ে বিল পাশ হয় এবং হিসাবরক্ষণ অফিস আইবাস++ এর মাধ্যমে বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংকে EFT Order করেন ফলে বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংকের মাধ্যমে কর্মকর্তা কর্মচারীদের ব্যাংক হিসাবে মাসিক বেতন ক্রেডিট হয়ে থাকে।
ibas++ ddo registration form
After official order occured, ddo has to submit a form to Accounts office for ibas++ ddo registration with some details. ibas++ ddo registration form is integrated with some vital info like Name , Designation of DDO, Head of the office signature, Mobile number and Office Code, Financial Code of office and others info. After filling up ibas++ ddo registration form head of the office will submit the ibas++ ddo registration form to account office. Now GPF inormation is available for General Provident fund of Government Employee. In previous every employee had to check their GPF Balance by Accounts office within Jun to July Months. Now GPF balance and statement is available in ibas++. You can Find GPF Monthly and Yearly all Installment and balance in ibas++. Everything about GPF is easy way to manage now.
For GPF Balance Just You have to go to Budget Execution> Report>Staff bill or Pay bill Report>Staff GPF or My GPF Certificate. its simple.
ibas++ user manual
ibas++ has launched a user manual of it. User manual is used for a new or old user for using ibas++ platform. Here all information is to manage ibas++ is available here. here is attached about how to entry an employee information and approval and edition of approved info. how to submit a pay bill or others bill to accounts office it directed here.
ibas++ registration
SDO means self drawing officer. A SDO can draw his own salary and allow by himself. He can submit his bill about salary festival allowance and other allowance bill to accounts office. To Submit his bill, he has to be registered user in ibas++. For ibas++ Registraion he has to register himself in ibas++. in ibas++ website there is a self registration process to register himself and Some info has to send accounts office manually. After approval of accounts office he can submit his own bill without help of DDO.
