জন্ম নিবন্ধন– অতীতে জন্ম নিবন্ধন ফরম পূরণের প্রচলন থাকলেও বর্তমানে অনলাইনে জন্ম নিবন্ধনের জন্য আবেদন করতে হয়। অনলাইনে আপনি নিজেই নিজের জন্য অথবা সন্তানের জন্য জন্ম নিবন্ধনের আবেদন সম্পন্ন করতে পারেন।.

নিবন্ধক কার্যালয়ের জন্য আপনার জন্ম স্থান বা স্থায়ী ঠিকানার বিভাগ, জেলা, প্রভৃতি ধাপ পার হয়ে ওয়ার্ড পর্যন্ত নির্বাচন করতে হবে। অনলাইন জন্ম নিবন্ধনের আবেদন ফরম প্রথমে বাংলায় (ইউনিকোড) ও পরবর্তীতে ইংরেজিতে পূরণের পর প্রয়োজনীয় সম্পাদনা করে সংরক্ষণ বাটনে ক্লিক করুন। সংরক্ষণ বাটনে ক্লিক করলেই আবেদন পত্রটি সংশ্লিষ্ট নিবন্ধক কার্যালয়ে স্থানান্তিরত হয়ে যাবে, আবেদনকারীর আর কোন সংশোধনের সুযোগ থাকবে না। অতঃপর পরবর্তী ধাপে প্রিন্ট বাটনে ক্লিক করলে আবেদন পত্রের মুদ্রিত কপি পাবেন। সনদের জন্য ১৫ দিনের মধ্যে উক্ত আবেদন পত্রে নির্দেশিত প্রত্যয়ন সংগ্রহ করে প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে প্রয়োজনীয় প্রমাণপত্রের সত্যায়িত কপিসহ নিবন্ধক অফিসে যোগাযোগ করুন। এমনটিই বলা হয়েছে https://bdris.gov.bd/br/application

Process to register by online and next step in Bangladesh

1. Frist go to https://bdris.gov.bd/br/application
2. Tick আপনি যদি বাংলাদেশ দূতাবাসে জন্ম নিবন্ধন আবেদন করতে চান, তবে এটি নির্বাচন করুন
3. Select Country>Division>District>Upozila>Union>Ward No
4. Fillup personal Details
5. Father’s and mother’s information
6. Date of Birth, Place of Birth etc
7. Minded that you have provided Father and Mother Birth Registration Number
8. After Upload Vaccine Card complete registration process
9. Print two copy of your submitted application
10. Go to Union Parishad and place it to One stop service center and Make sure that Your birth registration form is sign it up by Vaccine Health card center Medical officer Seal and Signature.
11. Pay Birth Registration fees 
12. Wait sometime or come next day to collect your birth registration online certificate
13. You are done
14. You can check your birth registration from online

Is it necessary to input father and mother Birth Registration Number?

Yes – If you don’t provide parents birth registration number in your baby’s birth registration application form, it is thought that father and mother is dead. For Any Edition of your children birth registration certificate, you will face problem to edit it.
