Pay Fixation for the below reasons

1. Current Pay fixation (Pay Fixation on 01/07/2015): 01/07/2015 Pay Fixation is used for 20/06/2015.
2. New Appointment: Appointment on Government Recruitment employee, নতুন নিয়োগ Option can be used.
3. New Joining (Pay Protection): After Sealed current Payfixation for resigned staff for new government job reporting. An employee who is applied for new job through his old job authority, for his/her joining নতুন নিয়োগ (বেতন সংরক্ষণ) অপনশনটি ব্যবহার করতে হবে।
4. Promotion: পদোন্নতি অপশনটি ১.৭.২০১৫ তারিখের পরে যারা পদোন্নতি পেয়েছেন তাদের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য হবে।
5. Time Scale: টাইম স্কেল অপশনটি টাইম স্কেল এর বেতন নির্ধারণের জন্য ব্যবহৃত হবে।
6. Selection Grade: সিলেকশন গ্রেড অপশনটি ১.৭.২০১৫ হতে ১৪.৭.২০১৫ তারিখে সিলেকশন গ্রেড এর বেতন নির্ধারণের জন্য ব্যবহৃত হবে।
7. Re-Pay Fixation: বেতন পুন:নির্ধারণ অপশনটি ১.০৭.২০১৫ তারিখের বেতন নির্ধারণের পর ৩০.০৬.২০১৫ তারিখে পূর্বে টাইম স্কেল, সিলেকশন গ্রেড ইত্যাদি প্রাপ্তির কারণে ৩০.০৫.২০১৫ তারিখের প্রাপ্য বেতনে পরিবর্তন হলে এই অপশনের মাধ্যমে বেতন নির্ধারণ করতে হবে। এজন্য প্রথমে সার্ভিসবুক/অডিট রেজিস্টারে পরবর্তীতে বেতন এন্ট্রি করতে হবে।
