ibas++ tutorial – ibas++ tutorial is divided into two modules like budget execution and Accounting. Budget execution is used for bill sumission, Festival bill submission, partial bill submission, Service Stage managment and budget execution and lastly reports

Budget Execution is core key of ibas++, here master data is used for information entry for Staff and employee like GPF Account Information update by DDo, Staff information Entry (New) is the menu which is used for first entry of an employee information.

Staff Information Entry (New)

This menu is used for New Staff Entry or New joining staff information Entry. If An employee joined the office first time, it is needed to entry his personal information, I mean basic information, Service information, Salary Information, Contact Information and Bank Account Information with Routing number.

Change Employee GPF Information

Every Year We need to edit GPF information, I mean GPF subscription, To Decrease or increase of your GPF information, you will be need this option to use. But There’s minded that Any Change of GPF subscription You need to Verify OTP code by DDO number’s SMS sent by iBAS++.

how to use of Service Management?

Service Stage management– is used for introduction of his service stage. if an employee is in Attachment or Lien or Deputation or Suspension or PRL. It is needed to Entry his Date and time and upload order’s attachment into it. after that you have to approved it by Service stage Approved (by DDO) Menu– Service Management is also used for Leave Calculation or Service Extension Purpose.

At last Reports menus is used for statement Generating purpose, After submitting Paybill or other’s bill from Budget Execution module. You have to go to reports for Statement or Report generation. For Bill Priting and other purpose uses all menu is used for Bill Management.
