Pay Fixation – After publishing of pay scale 2015, all government employee has completed Pay fixation from www.payfixation.gov.bd. চলমান বেতন নির্ধারণী অপশনের মাধ্যমে কর্মকর্তা/ কর্মচারীগণ পে স্কেল জনিত বেতন নির্ধারণী কাজ সম্পন্ন করেন।
Yet time scale is getting under back date. Some staff is applicable past time scale from 2012 or 2014, in This case pay fixation is mandatory from manual process. Increment needs to be cancelled to pay fixation completing. Pay Fixation is online process after 2015, but previous fixation will be manual.
কিছু কর্মকর্তা/কর্মচারী পদোন্নতি জনিত কারণে পে ফিক্সেশন করে থাকেন। তবে এটি মনে রাখতে হবে অনলাইন এলপিসি ট্রান্সফার না হওয়া পর্যন্ত পদোন্নতি জনিত পে ফিক্সেশন সম্পন্ন করা যাবে না। যদি এলপিসি নতুন কর্মস্থলে ট্রান্সফার হওয়ার পূর্বেই পে ফিক্সেশন করা হয়, তবে তা পূর্বের কর্মস্থলে হিসাবরক্ষণ অফিসে সম্পন্ন হয়ে যাবে এক্ষেত্রে আবার পূর্বের কর্মস্থল হতে পে ফিক্সেশন বাতিল করতে হবে। তাই পদোন্নতি জনিত নতুন পদের পে ফিক্সেশন করার ক্ষেত্রে অনলাইন এলপিসি আসা পর্যন্ত অপেক্ষা করতে হবে।
