ibas++ online – online pay bill submission process for staff and officers can be used for instant work in progress purposes. Ibas++ is a platform of Govt. Money management and bill management. The government is implementing corruption reducing terms and conditions with ibas++.

ibas++ bill submission-after the date of 20 on every month, ibas++ open month or option for salary bill submission. Before the day of 21 of each month, None can submit a pay bill for the month he is working.

After submitting a pay bill from ibas++, Officer sends a hard copy of the bill to the accounts office to approve the bills. An Accounts officer approves the bill according to his hard copy of the monthly pay bill. For Staff, DDO submit pay bill on behalf of staff. After submitting bills, DDO Send the bill to the accounts office for approval.

1st day of next months employee gets eft message from ibas++ / Bangladesh Bank Credit employee bank account after a day of eft Transmitted.

EFT Advice Sent / EFT transmitted by accounts office to Bangladesh bank.

  1. Login to ibas++
  2. Bill Submission to DDO
  3. DDO forwarded the officer’s bill
  4. Bill forwarded to the accounts office
  5. The accounts office Approved the bill
  6. EFT File Generated by accounts office on 1st day of the month
  7. EFT Transmitted SMS is sent to the respected bill submitter
  8. Bangladesh Bank Credited staff and officer’s bank Account by next of EFT
  9. Bill Amount received by Bank Account against staff and officer’s bill

When Bank Account will be credit after EFT File is Transmitted?

EFT Message– after getting the eft message, Employee bank accounts will be credited the next day of eft. EFT message sometimes delays getting it. Sometimes Bank Account credits are within 3days. Mind it everyone Government Holyday and weekend will be omitted to count next day.
